About Sisters in Crime Sisters in Crime (SinC) is an international organization formed over fifteen years ago to support female mystery writers. Gender discrimination made it historically more difficult for women authors to break into the male-dominated genre. Members of the Ohio River Valley (ORV) chapter are smart and literate -- and not all women. Comprised of mystery writers and readers, the ORV chapter supports the mystery genre through education. Members live in Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis, surrounding Kentuckiana counties, Ohio and West Virginia. Meetings are held in Louisville, Kentucky. Meetings: The
second Saturday of each month SPEAKERS: Contact us for speaking opportunities
